Hair Growth Tips

In general, the rate of hair growth in a month is 1.27cm. Hair growth depends on many factors: what you eat, season, etc. Wash your hair (this of course means using a shampoo) once a week stimulates hair growth, but similar results can be achieved if only occasionally wet.

* If your hair is very weak, you should use gentle products. Too much hair dye can damage and even affect the growth of hair.

* Getting the damaged ends cut off is very good because it also helps the growth of hair.

* The use of hair oils and lotions with a gentle massage is a good way to stimulate blood circulation to the scalp, which in turn stimulates hair growth.
